President's reception

President's receptions are held in the spring and fall of each year and allow an opportunity to connect with the President and other members of the retirees association.

Upcoming receptions

The 56th President's Reception will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 2:00 pm in Marshall McLuhan Hall, University Centre, Ft. Garry Campus.

President Michael Bernarroch will speak on recent developments and current priorities of the university. The featured speakers will once again be several graduate students who gave outstanding presentations on their research at the Three Minute Thesis® competition.
